Your order will be printed/processed within 24-48 hours unless we encounter file errors. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Then bpost is committed to deliver your order within 48 hours to an address of your choice, at home, at the office, at your neighbour's, … bpost also guarantees to deliver your package in the best conditions (workdays between 08:00 and 17:30 h.). Deliveries in the Netherlands or France generally arrive within 2 or 3 workdays.

After your order is printed you can choose between two delivery options:

• bpost delivers from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:30 h.

To make sure that your files are printed professionally and to guarantee the integrity of the result (so that the printed version corresponds perfectly with the transferred file), it is absolutely essential that we receive your files in PDF. Specifically, to keep you layout intact.

If you work with MS-Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …), you can always save these as a PDF file. Just click on “File” and choose “Save as Adobe PDF”.

We accept files up to 100 MB. If your file is bigger than that, please contact our HelpDesk and we will find another solution.

Of course, you can do this when you save your file as Adobe PDF. There is an “options” button which allows you to select the correct layout of your multiple slides.
